Core Drilling & Anchor Rod Installation
The purpose of Core Drilling and Anchor Rod Installation is to increase the strength and stability of both:
- The monopole base - the base is core drilled up to 8 feet where reinforcement anchor-rods
are utilized.
 
- The foundation (concrete pad) - the foundation is core drilled up to 25 feet where #10
rebar and pour-able grout is utilized.
 
 
Gusset & Transition Stiffeners
Gusset reinforcement utililizes grade #50 steel. Reinforcing with a gusset meets the engineering requirements for the load capacity of a monopoles wall to base strength.
 
 
Port Installation
Port Installations prepare monopoles for additional entry and exit ports.
 
 
Aerial Flange and Transition Stiffener Welding utilizing grade #50 or #65 steel. This supplies an engineering requirement of the load capacity of a monopoles wall to base strength.
 
Monopole Reinforcement using a Bolt on method
The Bolt on Method utililizes channel iron and fasteners to affix the iron to the monopole to increase the strength and stability of the poles wall.
 
 
Flange Installation
The Aerial Welded Flange Installation prepares a monopole to accept height extension.
